Jesper Vestergaard advises on M&A, ECM, and valuation. He has experience with international companies, often based in Denmark, as well as subsidiaries of global corporations and owner-managed companies in the SME segment.
Jesper has been responsible for executing both M&A transactions and IPOs on Nasdaq First North Denmark. With over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, he has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including pharma/medico, business services, manufacturing, software, energy, retail, and FMCG.
Throughout his career, Jesper has shifted his strategic focus between large listed companies in Scandinavia and small and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark.
