Ebbe Melchior has over 40 years of experience in tax, where he has advised clients across various industries. Additionally, he advises owner-managers and companies in the SME segment.
Ebbe specializes in national and international tax advisory and has broad knowledge and deep experience in corporate and business taxation. This includes tax planning and optimization, national and international restructurings, ownership transfers and succession planning, incentive schemes and compensation models for employees, as well as several specialized areas such as real estate investments and R&D activities.
Concurrently, he has been a member of the editorial board of, among others, Karnov for many years and is the author of the book "The Principal Shareholder."
